What makes it tick
Here’s the thing: it runs on 400V, not your standard wall outlet. That’s how we pack so much power into such a small footprint. The tube is just 300mm long, but it’s rated at 2500W. That gives you a serious amount of heat density. The response is almost instant—no waiting around for things to warm up like you do with convection heaters. Wire it once, and it just delivers consistent, on-demand heat.
The design, in plain terms
Inside, the halogen element sits snug in a quartz envelope. We chose quartz because it handles extreme heat without cracking, so the output stays steady, even after repeated on-off cycles. And the R7s connector? It’s a standard double-ended fit, which makes swapping out the tube a simple drop-in job when it’s time for a replacement. Plus, we added a reflective coating on the back. It pushes all that infrared energy forward, so you’re not wasting heat and you’re not accidentally roasting the components nearby.
