Introduction
Let’s get real. Bathrooms are brutal on electronics. The constant spray, the steam, the condensation—it’s a death sentence for a normal heater. So we built something different. A heater that doesn’t just survive the shower, but belongs there. We designed the whole thing, from the quartz tube down to the connectors, to be completely sealed. It’s waterproof and keeps all the electricity safely locked away. No leaks, no worries.
The Power Behind the Heat
Here’s the thing about our bathroom heater: it’s a tiny powerhouse. We packed 2500W of infrared heat into a compact 300mm tube. That means it fits in those awkward spots over a mirror or inside a shower cubicle, but still throws serious warmth. But packing that much power into a small space creates heat. The unit itself runs hot, so you just need to make sure the mounting space has a little room to breathe or a way to dissipate that warmth. And because bathroom wiring can be a bit unpredictable, we built the internal circuit to handle those sudden voltage spikes without flinching.
What It’s Made Of
The heart of it all is a quartz tube, filled with halogen gas. Quartz is tough—it can handle the shock of turning on and off again and again without cracking. The halogen gas inside does its part, too, protecting the filament and keeping the lamp from getting that blackened look, so it lasts longer. We then coat the whole thing in a waterproof, high-dielectric layer. This is the real shield, the barrier that keeps every drop of water out and prevents any chance of a short circuit. And for the connection, we use a standard R7s connector. It’s a simple, secure, double-pin contact that locks the tube in tight. That solid seal at the base is what stops water from ever working its way into the socket.
Why It Works for You
For anyone installing this, it’s a straightforward, drop-in solution for those high-humidity zones. The fully sealed design means you don’t have to stress about electrical leakage—it meets all the safety codes for a bathroom. Plus, the infrared heat is a game-changer. It warms you and the objects around you directly, instead of just heating the air. That’s why you get less fog on the mirror and less condensation on the walls. Installation is a breeze. Wire it, mount it, and you’re done. This isn’t some flimsy, decorative fixture. It’s a tough, hard-wired workhorse, built for the real-world demands of a commercial or residential bathroom. It just works, day after day.
